Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, the Lehi girls cross
country team is back.

With the regular season drawing to a close, the focus is going
to be on football today. However, before I get to that, I want to
mention the premier prep events of the week.

It was celebration time for a perennial powerhouse as well as
some new kids on the block as the Region 4 cross country meet
concluded Friday at the Cottonwood Complex in Salt Lake City.
