Radford, VA Bars High School Team From Running on Roads
Citing lack of predicating incidents, parents and runners protest.

Officials from the Radford City School District in Virginia recently imposed a ban that prevents cross country team members at Radford High School from training on city streets. Although team members and their parents have been vocal in their disapproval of the ban, in part because they know of no accident or other incident that prompted it, to date, school officials have held firm.
