Belleville East’s Session picks IndianaPublished by Dean Criddle/bnd.com on November 12, 2015 Belleville - When Belleville East senior William Session left on his recruiting trip to the University of Indiana a little over a month ago, he had no idea what his future would bring. Two days later, Session was certain. One of the top-ranked high school combination athletes in the nation in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles, he decided the Indiana Hoosiers men’s track and field program was the right fit. “As soon as I got back from my visit, I knew Indiana was the place for me,” Session said Thursday. “I liked everything about it. It’s away from home, but not too far. It’s got what I want to study, which is sports broadcasting, and it’s a track program which I think is on the rise.” Before a small group of family, friends, coaches and Belleville East adminstration, Session signed his national letter-of-intent to spend the next four years of his life in Bloomington, Ind. Wearing a black and red IU warmup jacket and a big smile, Session posed for pictures following the brief ceremony.
