Birmingham CrossPlex named Indoor Track and Field Facility of the Year (video)

The American Sports Builders Association named Birmingham CrossPlex the Indoor Track and Field Facility of the Year. Doug Hill of Mondo Sport and Flooring, which build the indoor hydraulic track at the two-year-old, $46 million structure, made the announcement today as the city learned it will host 11 NCAA national championships spanning four years at CrossPlex.
