Agoura sophomore Tara Davis produced a lifetime-best triple jump of 42-8.25 (13.01m) in the third round of qualifying at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Cali, Colombia. Davis' effort is U.S. No. 2 this year and equal to the No. 17 performer in U.S. prep history. She is the No. 3 sophomore ever in California and ninth in state history.
